Description:
Remodel of the Paradise Recreation Center located on the Skyway in Paradise.
Portions of the building were demolished and rebuilt. The leaking, flat roof was replaced with a new sloping roof. This cmu structure, originally built in the 1950's had many seismic deficiencies that were corrected as part of the renovation.
